Chia Seed Pudding (about 6 servings) 1

Want a quick and easy warm weather snack? You have to try this super easy Chia See Pudding.

I thank my sister in law for the introduction. The best part of this recipe is that you can modify to your tastes.



3/4 cup chia seed

2.5 cups coconut milk

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp honey

4-6 ripe mangoes as topping

Mix all ingredients (minus the mangoes) together. Place in the fridge. Take out after 15 minutes. Restir the mixture. Repeat about 2-3 more times. Let sit over night.

Top with chopped mangoes before serving. Best served cold on a warm day.
